Hydroform USA has (4) Verson Wheelon bladder presses with a max part size: 50"W x 120"L x 7.5" deep
at 7,500 pounds per sq inch as well as other
hydraulic & mechanical presses.
STRETCHFORMING
Hydroform USA has (10) Stretch Presses for skins
130" wide x 480" long up to 750 tons of pressure,
and, extrusions/sheet-metal up to 10 square inch
cross-section x 336" long with 150 tons of pressure.
BRAKE FORMING
Hydroform USA has (4) Brake forming presses with
max part size: 168"Lengths at 165 tons of forming
pressure utilizing computerized numerical controls.
ROLL FORMING
Hydroform USA has (3) Sheet Metal/Plate Roll Forming
presses up to 24 feet and up to 1/2" thick material,
and, (2) Extrusion & Tube Roll Forming
CLASS-A PUNCH & FORM
Hydroform USA utilizes (4) Conventional OBS Stamping
Presses used for Multi-action Punching, Forming & Trimming Airframe parts and accessories. Maximum 110 Tons of
Stamping & Forming Pressure, with a maximum 10" Stroke
HOT FORM JOGGLING
Electric Hot Joggling Chamber with Digital Thermal
Control Panel up to 400 degrees adaptable to
various Forming Sources at HFUSA up to
165 Tons of Forming Pressure
