Heat Treat Distortion Control
We take great care to minimize material distortion during the extreme heat conditions that thermal processing presents. Rolling/leveling, and quenching techniques are prerequisites to our forming processes
FLAT PATTERN ROUTING
Hydroformed parts begin as flat patterns with all holes & trim perimeters completed prior to forming; most efficient
We operate (2) CNC Flat Pattern Routers that cut out parts up to 300" x 60" and stacks up to 1/2" inch high. The left-side picture shows full sheets of .050" 7075-0 efficiently stacked 10 sheets high
